🕒 How to easily unpublish shifts ?


Managing schedules may sometimes require unpublishing shifts that have already been communicated to employees. Whether it’s to correct an error, adjust a schedule, or reorganize a team, the process is simple and quick. Here are the step-by-step instructions.


✅ Step 1 : Access the schedule management section


Go to the Schedule Management menu. This is where you can find all shifts that have already been published or are in the process of being planned.


✅ Step 2 : Select the shifts to unpublish


You have two options :

  • Manually select the relevant shifts by checking those you want to unpublish.
  • Or use the ‘More’ option > ‘Select all shifts’ if you need to unpublish an entire set.


✅ Step 3 : Unpublish


Once the shifts are selected, simply click on ‘Unpublish shifts.’

The shifts will no longer be visible to employees, and you can modify or reschedule them before publishing them again.
