How to add an absence (or leave) in your schedule ?
How do I add an absence to my schedule?
Go to Schedules → Manage work schedules.
Go to the correct box (the correct date for the correct person) and click on “Add a shift.”
In the top right of the new window, click on “Absence.”
Then fill in the rest of the information.

💡For your information, by selecting “Full day,” the system will calculate the number of hours that constitute a full day for that employee, based on their contractual hours and number of working days per week.

💡 A recurring absence over one or more week(s)? Use repetition when adding the absence to your schedule!
💡 Can’t find the necessary absence in the list? Read here how to create a new absence type.
