Advanced access control for Attributes
This feature allows you to better manage access to your staff’s attributes on Shyfter, offering more precise control and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
It is now possible to filter the display of attributes based on Shyfter users.
For example, Luke Skywalker will only be able to view certain specific attributes (such as "Client 1" and "Client 2") and will not have access to others.
Access restrictions on attributes are consistently applied across several key areas:
Scheduling: It is impossible to schedule a shift if the required attribute is not accessible to the user.
Shyfter Staff Mobile App: Employees will only see the attributes they have access to.
Shyfter POS App: Only authorized attributes will be displayed, ensuring that the information is filtered according to access rights.
Enhanced confidentiality: This feature helps protect sensitive information and ensures that certain details are visible only to authorized users.
Fine-grained access management: You can precisely define who can see or use specific attributes, which is especially useful for freelancers, subcontractors, or independent workers.
By default: When a new attribute is created, all users have access to it.
Customization: It is up to the account administrator to decide which attributes are visible to each user.
Go to the "Attributes" settings and select an attribute category.

Click on one of your attribute categories.

Click on one of your attributes you’ve previously added.

Set the access levels for each user.
