How to Add Members to the API Extension in Shyfter


Once the API extension is activated in Shyfter, it’s important to manage which team members or developers have access to the API. This ensures that only authorized personnel can generate credentials and integrate external systems with your Shyfter account.




How to Add Members


1️⃣ Access the OPEN API Platform


After activating the API, the administrator receives an invitation email to register on the OPEN API platform.


Once registered:


  • Log in to the platform using your account credentials.
  • Go to Manage Team section.





2️⃣ Invite New Members


To add a new member:


  1. Enter the email address of the person you want to grant access.
  2. Assign the appropriate role or permissions (e.g., manager, reader).
  3. Click on Add
