How to enable the unavailability option ?



To allow your employees to record their unavailability through the mobile application, first activate the option in your account settings.


Go to Account Settings ⚙️ → Schedules → Settings → Enable Unavailabilities.




Then specify "How many days in advance the employee can make their requests".


For example: we specify 5 days. Employees cannot communicate their unavailability during the following 5 days but can do so from the 6th day onwards.


Today is October 10th. Starting today, employees can communicate their unavailability from October 16th, respecting the 5-day period from today's date.


Do not forget to save your changes.
