How does it work?


The feature is accessible directly from the schedule view, by simply right-clicking on a shift. Two situations are possible:


Replace an assigned shift


If an employee is absent or no longer able to work their shift, right-click on the assigned shift and select “Find a replacement”. The AI then analyzes your employees’ availability, skills, and preferences to suggest the most relevant options. All you have to do is confirm the choice that suits you best.


Fill an open shift


If you have an unassigned shift to fill, right-click on the open shift and select “Find the ideal employee”. The system then scans your team and identifies the most suitable employee based on your company’s criteria, taking into account required skills and everyone’s availability.
