Schedule models
A Schedule models is ideal for employees with cyclical schedules (e.g. alternating weeks). Here’s how to set it up effectively:
- Create the schedule model
Go to Team → Users → Profile → Shift templates.
Click “Add shift template” to get started.

2. Configure the model
In this example, we will create the shift template for our employee Amélie, who has the following schedule in the Dining Room section:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
A) Add the number of weeks:

B) Click on “Edit” to add your shifts to the template.

C) Add your shifts and click the “X” in the top-right corner of the screen.

D) Apply this schedule model.
E) Choose when the shift template should be applied from. If you do not set an end date, it will be imported for 3 months.

F) Choose the mode: manual or automatic.
Automatic mode allows the import to be carried out directly when you click the “Save” button.

G) Select whether the shifts should be published automatically.
A) Go to the Schedules menu → Schedule management:

B) Generate your shift templates by clicking on the blue rocket icon.
C) Les modèles d'horaires sont ainsi générés.
Editing automatic shift templates
If you make a change while automatic mode is enabled, start by deleting the existing shifts. Then apply your modification, temporarily switch to manual mode, and finally reactivate automatic mode to regenerate the shifts.
A pop-up window will appear allowing you to choose from when you want the shifts to be generated.
