How to display an icon if a clock-in is made outside the company perimeter?


Tracking clock-ins is essential to ensure schedule reliability and to verify that services are performed on-site. To strengthen this control, you can enable an option that displays an icon when a clock-in is made outside the company perimeter.


Where to find this option in the settings?


To configure this setting, simply follow the path below:

Settings > Clocking > Settings > Display an icon if a clocking is done outside the company's range.



How to enable the icon display?


  1. Go to the clocking settings section.
  2. Locate the option Display an icon if a clocking is done outside the company's range.
  3. Click on the toggle on the right to activate this feature.

➡️ Once activated, the system will automatically display an icon when an employee clocks in outside the defined area.


Define the perimeter in kilometers


It is important to specify the perimeter in kilometers around the company.

  • Example: if you set a radius of 1 km, any clock-in made more than 1 km away from headquarters will be flagged with the icon.
  • This allows you to adjust tolerance based on the reality of your activity.



View anomalies in the Service Control menu


Once the feature is enabled:

  • In the Service Control menu, a specific icon will appear.
  • This icon highlights clock-ins made outside the authorized perimeter.

This allows you to quickly identify anomalies and take action if needed.
