How to delete multiple unavailabilities at once ?
Did you add several unavailabilities by mistake or just want to tidy up your schedule? No need to delete them one by one! Here’s the quick and easy way to remove multiple unavailabilities at once.
Steps to delete multiple unavailabilities
Access your schedule
Go to Schedules > Schedule management.
This is where you can view all recorded unavailabilities.

Select the unavailabilities to delete
Click the checkbox at the top right of the list to select multiple unavailabilities at once.
💡 Tip: you can tick only the ones you want to remove or select all manually.

Open the action menu
Once your unavailabilities are selected, click the More button (often shown as three dots or a “+” symbol).
Delete the unavailabilities
In the dropdown menu, choose Delete.
Confirm your choice if a confirmation message appears.

And that’s it 🎉 — the selected unavailabilities are instantly removed from your schedule.
💡 Good to know
- This action is permanent: deleted unavailabilities cannot be restored.
- You can use the same method to delete multiple availabilities or shifts, depending on your access rights.
- If you make a mistake, you can always recreate an unavailability from the Team menu.
