How to Create a New Contract?



Before creating a contract, you will need to create and save a signature/ signer. You will find the detailed procedure in the following article 👇

1. Via the "Contract List" Submenu



Go to the Documents menu → Contract List.

Click on the green "Add" button at the top left, then fill in the necessary fields. Once you select the user for whom you are creating the contract, some fields will auto-fill. The starred fields are mandatory.

Note: If you have a section assigned to your account, you will only see people from your section.


2. Via the "New Contract" Submenu



Go to the Documents menu → New Contract.

Then, fill in the necessary fields. Once you select the user for whom you are creating the contract, some fields will auto-fill. The starred fields are mandatory.

Don't forget to save!

3. Approve and Send the Contract



Once the contract is created manually, don't forget to click on the "Approve" button to send it, your "List of Contracts". Without this action, the contract will not be sent automatically. This step is essential to finalize the process and ensure the contract is sent to the relevant user. Make sure to complete this step to ensure the smooth creation and sending of contracts.
