How to create an absence?

When you want to indicate an absence shift in your schedule but cannot find the absence in the dropdown list, you can create it.

To create a new absence, go to your account settings ⚙️ → HR → Absences and click the green "New" button at the top right.




Then fill in the required fields;

the code is for internal use only;
the type of absence will affect the leave or overtime counters;
if you link with your social secretariat, associate this absence with the code of your secretariat, so that the absence is recorded with the correct code in your exports.





Don't forget to save!
