How to create and assign skills to users?
How to create skills ?
Adding skills may be useful for structuring your users based on their training. This ensures that you schedule users with the necessary skills to perform the tasks that need to be completed.
To create a new skill, go to your account settings ⚙️ → Skills → Manage skills. To add a skill, click on the green "New" button.

Fill in the field "Name", choose a color and click on save. Your new skill will now be part of the list.
How to assign skills to my users ?
There are two ways to assign skills to your team members:
Multiple users at once
To assign a skill to several people at once, go to your account settings ⚙️ → Skills → Manage. Click "assign" at the end of the line of the relevant skill and select the team members who possess it. Then click "Edit."

Individually
Go to the menu Team → Users → Select a user → Profile → Settings. In this tab, select the skills this user possesses.
