How to display the price of a shift in the schedule?

Would you like to see the cost of each shift directly in the schedule to better manage your budget and optimize your resources? The Shyfter app offers a simple option to automatically display shift prices.

Displaying shift prices allows you to :

• Track labor costs in real time
• Identify the most expensive positions in your schedule
• Better anticipate your monthly or weekly budget

⚙️ How to enable shift price display?

To enable this feature :

1. Go to the settings
2. Click on Schedules > Settings
3. Enable the option "Display shift price in each shift."

Once this option is enabled, the cost of the shift will automatically appear in each time block of your schedule.

💡 The price is only visible if financial data is entered in the user’s contract details.

🧾 What data is required to display the price?

Before enabling this feature, make sure the financial information is properly filled in. Two methods are possible :

• Through the user’s HR details (in their profile)
• Or through a contract created within Shyfter

Without this data, the system will not be able to calculate the cost of the shifts

📌 Good to know

• The displayed price is calculated based on the hourly rate and the duration of the shift.
• This option is only available to administrators or users with access rights to the schedule and financial data
• You can disable this feature at any time from the settings
