How to group document and contract signatures ?
With the Group document and contract signatures setting, your users will only need to sign once to sign all their new documents and contracts.
Here’s how to set it up:
- Go to the settings of your account → Documents → Settings.
- Enable the option Group document and contract signatures.
- Click Save at the bottom center of your screen.
Your users will now be able to sign all documents and contracts with a single signature, which will be applied to all new contracts they need to sign.
