Shift Tags System
🎯 What are shift tags?
Tags are small labels you can attach to shifts to better organize, filter, and analyse your schedule.
Examples: Service, Night, Event, Training.
A shift can have one or multiple tags, and tags can be created on the fly.
⭐ Why use tags?
1️⃣ A flexible way to segment schedules
Tags are more flexible than sections or attributes:
- Sections apply to all staff.
- Attributes require more configuration.
- Tags can be created instantly while editing a shift.
Perfect to classify specific or occasional shifts.
2️⃣ Filter your planning
You can filter the schedule by one or several tags (e.g. only show Event or Training shifts).
3️⃣ Available in performance control
Tags are also available in Performance Control:
- detailed statistics,
- event-based reporting,
- precise breakdown of specific work categories.
