Why are there menus and tabs that I cannot see?
Is there a menu that does not appear on your Shyfter account?
Several reasons could be causing this reduced display:
- Your Shyfter license does not include this module. To resolve this, take a look at our Marketplace (account settings ⚙️ → Marketplace) or contact our sales team or your Customer Success Manager.
- You do not have all the necessary access in your profile. You can verify this in the Team menu → Users → Select your profile → Profile → Settings.
If you cannot adjust this yourself, please contact your account administrator.
