  The bell is used to centralize all your downloads. In the menu bar, located at the top right of your screen, there is a small bell on the right side. No more need to search through your computer's download folders, everything is centralized here. ​Few readers

• How to switch between different departments?

  Many of our customers manage multiple accounts with a single login. You can easily switch between these accounts: Click on your company name at the top right. Click on your company name again in the pop-up. You can now click on one of your other accounts.Few readers

  At Shyfter, we are at your disposal to ensure your experience runs as smoothly as possible. You can go to Chat with us via the Help button at the top right.
