How to attach a free clocking to a shift?
Some employees may do free clockings. This means they clock in even though they were not scheduled.
Go to the Reports menu → Timesheets control.
Here, you will find all the timesheets recorded by your employees. Lines displayed in red represent free clockings that are not attached to any shift.

Create the corresponding shift
To attach the clocking to a shift, you must first create this shift in your schedule.

Attach the free clocking to the newly created shift
Return to Reports → Timesheets control and click on the free clocking.
The clocking details will open in a window on the right side of your screen. Click on "Attach to a shift".
