How to enable random picture capture?
This option allows you to enable random photo capture during clock-ins. When activated, users have about a 10% chance of having their photo taken.
This enhances the reliability of clock-ins without being intrusive. This feature is particularly recommended in France, where systematic photo capture may raise privacy and regulatory concerns.
Go to your account settings → Clock-In → Shyfter POS
Enable the "Take pictures randomly" option.
Once activated, photo capture during clock-ins will occur randomly, with a probability of approximately 1 in 10.
✅ Avoid systematic photo capture while maintaining an effective verification method.
✅ Comply with French regulations on data protection and privacy.
✅ Provide more flexibility in managing attendance controls.
