How to use the Shyfter Staff mobile application for clocking in?
Start by downloading the application from the App Store or Google Play.
Search for Shyfter Staff and click on install, open the app once it is downloaded.
Log in with the email address you received in the login email and the password received in the same email. Once logged in, you can start clocking in.
To check-in and start recording work time, go to the home screen and click on “Start my clocking in”. Once started, the timer will begin to record your work time.
The total hours worked during the week also appear on this home screen.
Once clocking in has started, it is possible to take a break. Click on “Break”. Once you have clicked this button, the timer will start to accurately calculate your break time.
Once your break is over, click on “end break” and confirm if you really want to end your break.
When you have finished your shift or day, just click the “check-out” button to stop recording your work time.
You will then have the option to leave a comment if necessary (e.g., the fridges are filled, cleaning is done, I finished early as there were no more customers, etc.).
Under the “Dashboard” tab you will find the clocking activities of your employees.

How to find your clocking in records? How to update your information?
To access your information, simply click now on your profile picture.
You will first find your information, which can be updated at any time. If you make changes, don't forget to confirm by clicking at the top right.
Next, you will find the clocking history.
Go to your ⚙️ settings (top right of your dashboard) then to "Information". Click on “Change password” and enter your new password.
When you wish to log in to Shyfter, if you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Forgot Password”.
A window will then open where you can enter your email address. A link will be sent to you to reset your password.
