My automatic contracts are not working. Why?

Some contracts are not created automatically?

You may have missed a few steps!

Check the following:

Ensure that the contract template to be used is properly specified in the settings of the relevant user's profile.

Ensure that the 'automatic' box is properly checked in the settings of the relevant user's profile.

Ensure that this user's shifts were published after automation was enabled in the user's profile. Indeed, the activation of automation is not retroactive and only applies to shifts published after the 'automatic' box has been checked.
