POS - What type of tablet is compatible with Shyfter POS?
The Shyfter POS application works on any Android or Apple tablet, regardless of the brand.
However, we advise you not to choose a screen that is too small. A 10-inch (10.1) screen is ideal to ensure all information is readable.
The tablet must be at least connected to your Wi-Fi network. If you are outside, opt for a 4G tablet.
The required Android version must be at least "Android 8.1 Oreo".
Here is a suggestion for a tablet that we have tested and approved here at Shyfter. Feel free to choose the one you like best! (The lifespan of a tablet is about 1-2 years when it is constantly plugged in).
