STAFF - How to add your schedules to your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook...

It is possible to synchronize your shifts planned in Shyfter directly into your Google Calendar, Apple iCal, Microsoft Outlook calendars, etc...


For Apple iCal, the operation is very simple, just click on the link found in the mobile app (My schedules -> Calendar icon at the top right).

For Google Calendar (Outlook, ...), a link will be sent to your email address.

Go to https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/r/settings/addbyurl

Ensure you are signed in to Google Calendar (or Outlook,...)

In "Calendar URL", copy-paste the link you received by email



The calendar you added now appears on the left.

Open the Google Calendar app on your phone

Select the menu at the top left of your screen.

Check the corresponding calendar
