What are the conditions to create a Dimona?

In order to be able to create a Dimona, there are some rules to follow:

1. Team → Users → Profile → Settings

The "Eligible for Dimona" parameter must be checked in the employee's user profile.

2. Team → Users → Profile → Profile Details

The national number (NISS) must be correctly encoded in the employee's profile data, as this is the basis on which Dimona are created at the NSSO.

3. Team → Users → Profile → HR

Indicate the Dimona status and the user status.

4. Team → Users → Profile → Profile Details

If this is an employee without a Belgian national number (NISS), the nationality and residence address must be provided in order for the Dimona to be effective.
