STAFF - How to change your password as a user
If you've forgotten your password or wish to change it, this can only be done via the login page of the Mobile App. Simply click on "Forgot Password" there.
Please note that you cannot change your password directly within the app itself—you'll need to log out first to access the login page.
Then enter your email address and confirm, an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
