How to prevent a user from submitting their unavailability?
It is possible to decide, for each of your collaborators, whether they can submit their unavailability.
Go to the Team menu → Users → Select the user → Profile → Settings.
Scroll down to "additional information" and deselect the "Can submit their unavailability" option.
