Go to the Reports menu, then select Leave and Absence Reports:

2. Filter the Data

By Dates: Use the filters to select a specific date range.

By Users: Choose the users for whom you want to see absences.

By Statuses: Filter absences according to different statuses (legal leave, extra-legal leave, RTT, etc.)

3. Integration of Leave Types

Types of Leave: The new reports integrate legal leave, extra-legal leave, and RTT.

Synchronization: This information is synchronized with user profiles and vacation and RTT applications.

4. Set Absence Types

Do not forget to create and configure your Absences, available via your account settings > HR > Absences

You can specify if an absence is:

A standard absence

A recovery hour

A legal leave

An extra-legal leave

A compensation leave

Example: If you define an absence as "legal leave" (vacation), it will automatically be added to the legal leave column. The help article is available here 💡

Absence Detail: By hovering over the codes with your mouse, you can see the details of each absence.
